Greg helped me find an apartment in Sea Cliff, NY. Not only was Greg quick to find my apartment, the apartment he helped me find was exactly what I was looking for. In today’s Real Estate Market there are many unscrupulous agents. You know you are in good hands with Greg because he is also a lawyer. Furthermore, what really made Greg a true professional in my mind is that he was personable and always considerate of my input. If I could give Greg more than a five star rating I would.

Greg always goes above and beyond your expectations with his services. If you are buying or selling a property you will be very satisfied with your experience. Greg was instrumental in the selling of our house. He spent a lot of time researching the selling points of our house. He also then found us the perfect house to buy. He helped to expedite both purchase and sale.

We worked with Greg for approximately six months or so in total. This long period was due to our initially set budget which was low but sometimes reality kicks in. We also tried going at it on our own which burned us and to be fair, we were warned. So we took a hiatus. When we were ready to begin searching again we reached out to Greg. He was gracious that we called him again, and was happy to continue assisting us with our search. Two short weeks later we found a place in LI which was a little above what we wanted to spend but so worth it. We were not pressured to raise our budget which was comforting but ended up doing so anyway due to the location and space. Greg knew the area very well and informed us of the amenities in the are that might be of interest (schools, daycare, shopping) and even threw in some personal recommendations for food. Apparently the pizza place was only "okay". It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Greg and when we are ready to purchase a home he will be the only realtor that we reach out to.
